Your Mission

  • Utilize multiple tools, gadgetry and various print materials to accurately construct both equipment parts and whole machines to design specifications
  • Keep and monitor accurate workstation inventory
  • Manage time effectively while meeting deadlines and attendance requirements
  • Remain alert for process issues or quality problems and alert supervisor immediately to reduce downtime
  • Maintain a clean & safe working environment including wearing all required safety equipment and active participation in safety discussions
  • Perform regular quality checks while alerting supervisors of any issues and developing corrective actions
  • Consistently look for ways to improve processes and performance while striving to contribute in other areas 
  • Rally behind a team first attitude while sharing information, celebrating successes and striving toward well defined company goals
  • Be willing to take on tough assignments that allow for personal, professional and company growth

A Few Qualifiers

  • 2+ years relevant experience
  • Driven by product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Motivated to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Organized and observant with a high attention to detail
  • Adept at listening and using thinking & reasoning to problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
