We are looking for a crane expert to join a global construction OEM to support, diagnose and repair machines for maximum uptime and customer satisfaction. A desirable candidate will have strong troubleshooting, technical and engineering skills, along with a passion for cranes!

Your Mission:

  • Research and analyze technical and operational product problems
  • Develop and validate field service solutions quickly
  • Assist with the roll out of new cranes including set up & operator training
  • Work closely with suppliers, Parts, and Warranty to communicate and configure solutions effectively
  • Analyze data, field failures, test components, systems and entire units
  • Administer training as needed with customers for troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs
  • Prioritize and execute on issued reports
  • Troubleshoot issues over the phone as needed 
  • Travel to customers on large scale troubleshooting issues

A Few Qualifiers:

  • Demonstrated experience with hands-on repair on cranes and crane safety
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset, with the ability to problem solve
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Up to 75% travel
