Our client, a global crane OEM, is looking for an experienced crane sales leader to leverage a history of sales success, tribal industry & product knowledge to nurture existing relationships and drive new business. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the world’s largest crane manufacturers while shaping their growing sales team. Your legacy will be measured by your ability to build upon the company’s North American presence.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for maximum success
  • Build sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
  • Forecast, track, and report sales performance
  • Work closely with company leadership team to identify opportunities for growth and team expansion
  • Understand company goals and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Maximize product knowledge to increase sales in market
  • Build peer and client relationships through integrity and trust
  • Analyze and forecast trends

A Few Qualifiers:

  • 15+ years of proven crane sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business
  • Strong business acumen
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and work with global teams
  • Proven ability to execute sales with all levels of an organization
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Travel up to 70%
