This person will manage a team who will accomplish the following :

  • Answer and respond to various methods of communications from dealers and customers
  • Support field team in providing timely solutions to equipment needs and repairs
  • Provide technical training sessions to internal and external customers
  • Offer parts and service expertise to ensure dealers and customers’ expectations are being met
  • Create a quality report and resolution based on dealer complaints
  • Diagnose, identify and process parts orders
  • Continuous improvement on parts systems and catalogs
  • Case management to completion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering and/or technical training experience required
  • Proven technical background in construction or relevelant equipment necessary
  • Management experience required 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented with great organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft Word) skills required
