A well-known global construction OEM is looking to add a Director of Parts & Service to their team! This person will develop and implement significant nationwide programs to enhance after-sales capabilities and dealer satisfaction!

Your Mission: 

  • Set KPIs for all field service teams
  • Travel to build and maintain dealer relationships
  • Coach field personnel to maintain best practices and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement a parts marketing program
  • Determine and set competitive pricing based on market demand while maintaining profitability
  • Develop monthly parts revenue forecasts
  • Work with various departments to ensure prompt and efficient parts fulfillment
  • Notify suppliers of quality or failure trends
  • Manage warranty claim processes, data analysis and reporting
  • Report equipment failure trends and customer feedback to internal teams

Job Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • 10+ years experience as Parts & Service Manager, or related position
  • 10+ years experience in the industrial machinery, agriculture, or heavy truck markets
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work with all levels of management
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Travel up to 25%
