We are on the search for a driven, forward-thinking Sales Manager focused on e-Commerce, to join an established dealership in Nebraska. Utilizing your strong knowledge of e-commerce framework, you’ll assume responsibility for overseeing and directing the online sales and marketing operations of the business. This is a multifaceted role that will have you crafting and executing strategies aimed at bolstering online sales. As a committed and innovative leader, you will also take charge of managing e-commerce platforms and technology, all with a focus on enhancing the user experience on the company website.
Your Mission:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Analyze online retail potential and future demand for various product lines
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product management teams to develop comprehensive, long-term internet strategies
- Coordinate parts and sales deliveries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and end-users to expand the reach of products and services
- Utilize analytics tools and data-driven insights to make informed decisions, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement
- Continuously assess and enhance the user experience on e-commerce platforms to improve conversion rates and overall customer satisfaction
- Manage and allocate the e-commerce sales budget effectively, ensuring a positive return on investment
- Comply with all policies, procedures, processes, company practices, guidelines, expectations, laws and regulations
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce and business development
- Proven success in e-commerce, internet sales, and business development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Microsoft Office expert (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Detail oriented
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
