Our client, a global construction OEM, is looking for a passionate, people-focused sales leader to be their next Field Sales Manager, specializing in Attachments. In this seat, you’ll be responsible for identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities, working with both the existing dealer network and end-users in order to achieve sales, revenue and expansion goals. Utilizing your strong product knowledge and market expertise, you’ll actively engage with customers with the goal of providing comprehensive solutions. 

Your Mission:

  • Establish and foster strong collaboration with dealer sales teams to actively identify, prospect, and engage both existing and potential customers
  • Create and implement effective plans and strategies to cultivate and capitalize on new business opportunities while striving to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Ensure the maintenance of precise and up-to-date sales and market data, enabling accurate analysis and informed decision-making
  • Perform comprehensive analysis of territory, vendor competition, and customer need to guide the strategic planning of retail sales
  • As an expert in the competition, deliver valuable competitive intelligence that includes product trends, rival programs, and market insights
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge to effectively promote the products and deliver comprehensive training to dealer sales personnel
  • Create reports that produce precise sales projections across product categories, ensuring efficient forecasting
  • Work cross-functionally with all levels of management and internal teams to support business development efforts and identify comprehensive customer solutions
  • Showcase products and services at open houses, customer events, and trade shows

A Few Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of proven outside sales success
  • Demonstrated background with relevant equipment
  • Successful track record in lead generation and business development with knowledge of dealership sales
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft Word) skills required
