In this role, you will be pivotal in the company’s growth by overseeing various departments such as parts, sales, rental, and service. As a leader in cultural change, you will inspire and engage employees, foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and implement innovative strategies that enhance productivity and morale. Additionally, you will identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the company’s market presence and footprint.

Your Mission:

  • Build and maintain above-average standards, including dealership image, KPI performance, employee & customer satisfaction, and digital presence
  • Champion and manage the sales, service, rental, and parts teams
  • While managing multiple teams, establish a winning culture with a large-scale company vision
  • Develop and monitor financial budgets
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, service, and rental goals
  • Build strategic and profitable relationships within your region
  • Continuously seek out and identify opportunities for expansion and improvement
  • Analyze dealership KPIs to help set and achieve sales goals

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 10+ years relevant experience 
  • 5+ years proven leadership experience
  • Demonstrated positive team management ability
  • Strong soft skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of business financials and operations
