Our client, a strong and well established dealer, is looking for a dynamic, well spoken inside sales professional to join their team. In this role you will have the opportunity to grow leads from walk-ins and field teams but you’ll also enjoy following market trends and developing new business prospects on your own. It is through your unique ability to communicate with, care for and fully understand the customer that you will operate a smooth sales process and close deals. Your contributions will be vital to reaching customer growth and revenue goals.

Your Mission:

  • Identify market need and growth opportunities to develop a multi-channel prospecting plan to expand business and meet revenue goals
  • Exceed customer service goals with expert knowledge of entire product portfolio
  • Maintain a positive, welcoming environment that enhances the walk-in customer experience
  • Work cross functionally to coordinate machine prep & delivery
  • Maintain strong knowledge of customer needs and market operations
  • Keep accurate and timely sales data for management review
  • Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to assure current and correct account status
  • Attend trade shows, trainings, and events

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years sales experience required
  • Experience in equipment sales preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of marketing and psychology of sales
  • Reliable leader with a competitive drive to succeed
