Our client, a global construction OEM, is looking for a dynamic, well spoken, customer facing inside sales professional to join their team. In this role you will be the glue that holds the sales process together while you quote & process orders, manage logistics, coordinate finances with marketing as well as other administrative processes.  It is through your unique ability to communicate with, care for and fully understand the customer that you will operate a smooth sales process and close deals. Your contributions will be vital to reaching customer growth and revenue goals.

Your Mission:

  • Work cross-functionally with sales teams and customers to ensure successful completion of the order process
  • Exceed customer service goals with expert knowledge of entire product portfolio
  • Maintain positive relationships with industry partners, outside vendors, suppliers
  • Provide estimates, financing terms, warranties, and delivery dates  
  • Manage order statuses while always looking for ways to improve efficiency
  • Prepare and provide shipping and other official documentations for customer records 
  • Prepare and provide sales contracts and order forms
  • Keep accurate and timely sales data for team and management review
  • Manage logistics for international transport, customs clearance and inland transportation
  • Work cross-functionally with manufacturing to ensure order accuracy and product quality
  • Manage product delivery and installation
  • Maintain strong knowledge of customer needs and market operations
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems 

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of marketing and psychology of sales
  • Reliable leader with a competitive drive to succeed
