Our client, a global road construction machinery manufacturer, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Inside Sales Representative to support the commercial team and help drive sales activity across key markets. This role plays an important part in connecting customer inquiries, dealer communication, and internal processes that allow the sales organization to operate efficiently and respond quickly to opportunities.

Working closely with regional sales leaders, operations, and product support teams, you will assist with quoting, order coordination, and sales tracking activities that help move opportunities forward. Success in this role comes from strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple priorities organized while supporting both customers and internal teams.

Your Mission

  • Support regional sales teams by coordinating customer inquiries, preparing equipment quotations, and assisting with follow-up communication
  • Work closely with dealers and internal teams to help move opportunities from initial inquiry through order confirmation
    Maintain accurate sales data within CRM and internal systems to ensure visibility into pipeline activity and order status
  • Assist with processing equipment orders and coordinate with operations and logistics teams to help track delivery timelines
  • Prepare sales reports and provide updates that help leadership monitor pipeline activity and regional performance
  • Help organize pricing documentation, product information, and commercial materials used by the sales team
  • Communicate regularly with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve questions related to orders, pricing, or documentation
  • Support sales planning activities including forecasting updates, territory tracking, and preparation for sales meetings
  • Contribute to a responsive and organized sales environment that allows the team to focus on growing market share and supporting customers

A Few Qualifications

  • Experience supporting sales activity within construction equipment, industrial machinery, or a related technical industry
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with dealers, customers, and internal teams
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and internal business systems used to track opportunities and customer information
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, sales reports, and internal sales tracking tools
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to supporting the needs of a fast-moving commercial team
  • Interest in supporting a global organization serving road building, infrastructure, and construction markets
