A well-known national auction company has an exciting opportunity for a National Accounts Manager. This person will maintain existing accounts and strategically prospect for additional clients while ensuring equipment is listed in a timely manner.

Your Mission

  • Assess book of business and prospect where appropriate
  • Provide overall business support to current customers
  • Analyze and understand current customers, market and equipment sales opportunities
  • Coordinate efforts with all accounts to ensure you are building strong working relationships, and facilitate the development of business plans to drive revenue
  • Analyze and develop business plans by determining the current value, future potential and priority of assigned accounts with reference to sales and profit, market influence and impact
  • Provide comprehensive data/reporting on all customer accounts
  • Manage schedule, striving to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Attend regional and national trade shows

A Few Qualifications:

  • Highly driven and self-motivated attitude
  • Strong strategic management skills
  • 5+ years of proven success in equipment sales to national accounts
  • Provide cost-benefit analyses to substantiate decisions in product placement/selection
  • Knowledge of agriculture machinery (or similar equipment)
  • Superior relationship building skills with internal and external customers
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Suite and CRM software
