Our client, a well-established dealer, is looking for an Operations Manager to be headquartered in Nebraska to run multiple locations across the state. You’ll play a critical role in the company’s growth by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the dealership group including inventory control, logistics, maintenance, and customer support. Success will be measured by your ability to utilize all organizational resources to help drive profitability while enhancing the customer experience.
Your Mission:
- Cultivate a culture of safety while establishing and enforcing operational procedures & guidelines that align with company goals and ensue facilities cleanliness & upkeep
- Ensure company compliance with all local, state, and federal laws & regulations
- Build and maintain above-average standards, including dealership image, KPI performance, employee & customer satisfaction, and digital presence
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all company resources are properly utilized to drive growth and profitability
- Routinely visit branches while utilizing innovative leadership and communication methods to enhance a winning culture with a large-scale company vision
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Build strategic and profitable relationships within your region
- Work cross-functionally with leadership team to continuously seek out and identify opportunities for expansion and improvement
- Analyze dealership KPIs to help set and achieve goals
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Strong project management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of business financials and operations
