Our client, a well-established agricultural equipment dealership, is seeking a Parts Associate to support the parts counter, service team, and daily parts operations. Success in this role comes from accuracy, a customer-first mindset, and confidence using parts catalogs and dealership systems to quickly identify, quote, and fulfill the right parts. Experience in a parts counter or service support environment will help you move with speed and precision, prevent fitment mistakes before they slow a job down, and keep technicians and customers equipped to stay on schedule.
Your Mission:
- Assist customers and internal teams with parts selection, pricing, and order fulfillment using catalogs and dealership systems
- Pull, stage, and deliver parts to the service team to support efficient repairs and uptime
- Receive inbound orders, confirm counts and condition, and process items into inventory with proper documentation
- Maintain an organized, safe parts area by keeping shelves, bins, and workspaces clean and clearly arranged
- Track backorders and shortages, escalate urgent needs, and coordinate expediting when timing is critical
- Help care for department tools, equipment, and vehicles, reporting issues and supporting basic upkeep
- Operate material handling equipment as needed and provide schedule flexibility during peak periods
A Few Qualifications
- Familiarity with parts, tools, or equipment in an agricultural, automotive, industrial, or similar setting
- Prior experience in parts, service support, or aftersales operations is preferred
- Ability to use parts catalogs and computer based systems to look up, enter, and manage information
- Strong attention to detail, dependable follow-through, and clear communication with customers and teammates
