A global leader in foundation equipment is looking for a Parts Business Development Specialist to join their robust team! This candidate would be a hybrid between sales & parts management as you would be responsible for developing and increasing parts sales by understanding and responding to customer needs.

Your Mission: 

  • Operate incoming calls to provide assistance to customers & internal departments on all parts related issues and topics
  • Maintain inventory & recommend for restock levels as needed
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers & check pricing for established procedures
  • Manage customer purchase orders & issue sales orders
  • Visit customer site jobs to establish & maintain customer relationships
  • Coordinates shipping & receiving
  • Meet expected KPI on a monthly basis
  • Coordinate expedited shipments

Job Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in a related field
  • 3+ years experience with heavy equipment repairs
  • APICS certification preferred
  • ERP system experience (SAP preferred)
  • Expert in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Precise attention to detail
