Multiple global construction machinery manufacturers are looking for a Parts Manager to join their team!  The ideal candidate will oversee the day to day operations and excellence of their aftermarket parts warehouse, as well as, coordinate product support, technical publications, and parts marketing.

Your Mission: 

  • Set up processes for receiving, returns, obsolescence, replenishment and shipping of parts
  • Order replacement stock and place special orders
  • Track warranties around defective inventory for credit
  • Keep stock control systems up to date and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Organize the training of team members and monitor performance and progress
  • Motivate the team, and encourage teamwork to reach productivity targets
  • Build positive relationships with dealers and customers
  • Conduct market research to be used for new product development ideas and help bring them to market
  • Suggest marketing strategies to increase parts sales
  • Plan, prioritize and delegate work to team
  • Design and implement customer service procedures

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Parts Manager, or related position
  • 10+ years of experience in a consumer goods manufacturing field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
