Our client, a strong and well established dealer, is looking for parts & service sales representatives to join their team in the Mid-Atlantic. You will take a hands-on, consultative approach to solving customer problems by ensuring they have everything they need to keep running.

Your Mission:

  • Manage and nurture existing business relationships within the territory
  • Champion account management by identifying and refining antiquated processes with the goal of improving the customer experience
  • Identify market need and growth opportunities to develop leads to expand rental business within your territory
  • As a product expert, take a consultative approach to selling products, services and parts
  • Forecast and maintain inventory based on parts & service demands
  • Work cross functionally with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met on time
  • Maintain accurate book of business to include contacts, notes and sales data
  • Provide timely market data and reports to management
  • Attend trade shows and training events as needed

A Few Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a natural, helpful demeanor 
  • Go-getter attitude, with great relationship building skills 
  • Motivated with a drive for continuous self-education
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
