Our client, a well-established dealership, is looking for its next Product Specialist focused on crushing & screening. In this position, you’ll be able to put your passion for heavy machinery to work as the company point person for all things crushing and screening. You’ll take pride in customer service by providing detailed answers to product questions and setting realistic application expectations. Your market and technical product knowledge will be flexed as you collaborate with the sales team to build business plans that provide customer solutions and increase revenue.
Your Mission
- Deeply research and understand the crushing & screening market to help develop strategies that increase revenue and market share
- Stay abreast of market patterns and changes, and forecast future opportunities
- Work cross functionally to conduct in-depth product & market research to identify growth potential and obtain voice-of-customer
- Analyze research data to assist in the preparation of business cases
- Create and coordinate logistical details of sales presentations, proposals, bids, and contracts
- Effectively share data & pertinent information with internal teams
- Assist customers with questions surrounding machinery applications while setting realistic expectations
- As a product expert and sales leader, relay vital product information to customers and perform onsite demos
- Seek to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Attend & actively participate in industry trade shows and events
A Few Qualifiers:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or engineering
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Proven high level of expertise with crushing & screening equipment
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Travel up to 30%
