A global OEM is seeking a qualified Regional Sales Representative to promote their construction machinery lines to their dealer network throughout multiple assigned territories. You will assist dealerships by providing sales training and business support by prospecting for new growth opportunities.

Your Mission

  • Establish and build a strategic and profitable dealer network in the territory
  • Maintain equipment sales successes and established connections
  • Build sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
  • Forecast, track, and report sales performance
  • Maintain dealer network and prospect for new dealers
  • Understand dealer goals and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Maximize product knowledge to increase sales in market
  • Build peer and client relationships through integrity and trust
  • Analyze and forecast trends

A Few Qualifiers:

  • 5-8yrs of proven outside sales experience
  • Experience working for an OEM in the construction machinery or material handling industries or closely related machinery industry
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business
  • Possess a pre-established network of contacts within the assigned territory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Travel up to 80%
