A very well-known and rapidly expanding OPE manufacturer is looking for someone to champion and oversee the West Coast sales team as the Regional Sales Representative. This person will oversee numerous sales reps in the territory, set & adjust KPIs, ride with sales reps on dealer visits, attend events as needed and will be a critical piece in maintaining and expanding the regional customer base.

Your Mission:

  • Ride with sales reps to strengthen existing dealer relationships and ensure dealer satisfaction
  • Build sales pipeline and KPI’s for the sales region
  • Forecast sales trends per region, and recommend the addition, deletion or improvement of products and services
  • Support your sales representatives to maintaining dealer network relationships and prospecting for new dealers
  • Understand dealer goals and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Maximize product knowledge to increase sales in market
  • Provide monthly, and quarterly reports for upper level management on your region’s sales
  • Maintain expense reports and monitor budget


A Few Qualifiers:

  • 5-8yrs of proven outside sales experience
  • Experience working with construction products
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business
  • Microsoft Office Expert (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc).
  • Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Bring an established network of contacts within the assigned territory
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Travel up to 75%
