Our client, a well-respected heavy equipment manufacturer, is looking for a customer focused solutions provider, with a history in the rental industry, to be their next Rental Fleet Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing OEM while sitting at the dealership level, ensuring the rental fleet is being fully utilized within the market.
Your Mission
- Accurately track and maintain rental fleet while ensuring proper inventory and no lag time by being an effective liaison between the dealer and the OEM
- Schedule and coordinate vehicles for transport & delivery of equipment and other products
- Maintain strong knowledge of product portfolio, customer needs and market operations
- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone or email
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all warranty claims including preparation and delivery of all necessary documents
- Identify and understand customer need in order to connect them with the appropriate internal department
- Coordinate administrative support tasks
- Generate proposals, presentations and other documents based on customer inquiries
- Assist internal teams with demos and sales arrangements
- Work cross functionally with aftersales to communicate repair status and availability
- Maintain accurate customer records while elevating appropriate questions, concerns and problem to management
A Few Qualifiers
- 3+ years relevant rental industry experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn and use proprietary software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
