A global construction OEM is looking for a Sales Manager to help drive their strategy for parts sales in the North American market. In this seat, you’ll leverage a strong background in marketing and territory sales to work side by side with each dealer in the network to create plans that maximize brand awareness, revenue and customer satisfaction.

Your Mission: 

  • Deeply research and understand the North American parts market
  • Stay abreast of market patterns and changes, and actively forecast future opportunities
  • Analyze actual sales vs revenue targets and implement & execute plans to close to the gap
  • Develop & implement short, mid & long term strategic sales & marketing plans while staying within budget and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Champion business models and sales & marketing projects that lead to an increase in brand awareness & parts revenue
  • Champion communication through multiple channels to establish superior sales strategies and customer support 
  • Oversee monthly parts sales to dealers
  • Lead day-to-day company strategy within the dealer network
  • Establish and nurture trusting relationships with each dealer
  • Leverage data, face-to-face time with customers and background expertise to make educated decisions
  • Relay voice of customer as well as dealer needs to appropriate company leadership
  • Generate yearly strategic action plans to increase revenue & market share
  • Conduct quarterly dealer strategy review meetings to analyze data and implement corrective action plans
  • Lead dealer training
  • Seek to continuously improve products, processes and procedures
  • Attend industry trade shows and visit customers 
  • Travel up to 30%

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • 3+ years dealer rental experience
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze large data sets
  • Demonstrated marketing & territory management experience
  • Expert in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Driven and detail oriented with a high sense of urgency
