An agricultural equipment manufacturer is looking for a Senior Aftersales Manager to join their growing team in the south central US! This person will oversee all customer service, field & internal technical support, warranty & technical publications, and all training programs for their service department personnel and dealership aftermarket personnel.

Your Mission: 

  • Develop & coordinate training around a variety of internal subjects, including: Customer Service, Warranty, Technical Support, Safety, etc.
  • Design comprehensive, proactive dealer focused training programs, including setting dealer standards for excellence
  • Handle customer service communications & resolve all escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and other applicable teams
  • Set strategic plans to exceed current company aftersales goals
  • Develop parts & service staff to support new product line releases
  • Manage all off-site service requirements
  • Ensure safety efforts and metrics are above standard
  • Manage root cause analysis action plans & implement processes to reduce warranty claims

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Business, Engineering or relevant field
  • 8+ years experience in service management
  • Hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Flexible, goal-oriented & highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Project Management skills required
  • Extremely detailed oriented
  • Travel up to 25%
