A well-known agricultural OEM is looking for a forward-thinking person to help develop and implement a strategy to enhance the parts and warehouse organization and capabilities. This person will oversee the activity between parts and all suppliers to support the long term growth of parts and overall company goals.

Your Mission: 

  • Adequately stock inventory and prompt delivery to properly support the dealer networks 
  • Provide support to dealer networks on all parts inquiries and issues
  • Oversee the MRP system to ensure correct stock levels 
  • Ensure and oversee process efficiency within the warehouse operations
  • Work cross-functionally with the Operations team to ensure quality and efficiency of parts stock based on customer demand
  • Develop budgets and programs to enhance parts revenue and profitability
  • Coordinate with new product launches to ensure timely and sufficient parts stocking
  • Provide training to dealer network 
  • Work with different teams who  assist with dealer inquiries
  • Manage dealer parts portal

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field 
  • Experience with construction, or agricultural equipment 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Problem solver that thinks tactically and efficiently 
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Travel up to 15%, including international travel
