Our client, a leading modular construction company, is looking for an accomplished Senior Project Manager with a mastery of site management and an unwavering commitment to safety. Success will be achieved by ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, meeting project deadlines, optimizing resource allocation, effectively managing subcontractors, and fostering transparent communication throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Your Mission:
- Conduct thorough site visits to assess the complexity level of site conditions and incorporate findings into the project planning process
- Champion the preparation of pre-construction documents, including kick-off meetings, identifying subcontractor work, customer change orders, permitting drawings, and safety compliance
- Manage all aspects of on-site subcontractors, from defining the scope of work to overseeing punch list completion
- Compile post-construction documents upon completion of each project
- Ensure compliance with and enforce company and site safety standards at each location
- Maintain a daily log of site activities and issues while submitting regular reports to upper management
- Serve as the main point of contact between the company and customers, ensuring exceptional service and promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries
- Track personal metrics while striving to meet or exceed KPIs
A Few Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management
- 10 years of proven related experience
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate project costs and craft detailed project budgets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Currently possess or have the ability to obtain OSHA certification
- Capability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks
- Proven leadership skills with the talent to motivate and guide project teams
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft Word) skills required
