If you have experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and advising in the aftersales arena, this would be a great opportunity to bring an energized technical team to new heights! We are looking for a technically savvy person to lead a rapidly growing OEM’s field service team to ultimate customer and dealer satisfaction. 

This person will be required to perform the following:

  • Set KPIs for all field service teams
  • Travel to build and maintain dealer relationships
  • Coach field personnel to maintain best practices and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement a parts marketing program
  • Determine and set competitive pricing based on market demand while maintaining profitability
  • Develop monthly parts revenue forecasts
  • Work with various departments to ensure prompt and efficient parts fulfillment
  • Notify suppliers of quality or failure trends
  • Manage warranty claim processes, data analysis and reporting
  • Report equipment failure trends and customer feedback to internal teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Parts & Service experience required
  • Management experience required 
  • Proven technical background in construction or relevelant equipment necessary
  • Communication skills both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented with great organizational skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft Word) skills required
  • Travel up to 50%
