A rapidly growing crushing & screening equipment company is looking for a mechanically inclined, project site efficiency expert to oversee the on-site equipment lifecycle at customer locations across the Northeast. This exciting leadership opportunity will have you managing field teams through setting up & commissioning equipment systems and monitoring site safety measures while also maintaining budgets and ensuring customer expectations are met.
Your Mission:
- Directly manage on-site internal field teams while indirectly managing subcontractors; monitoring & reporting daily progress
- Keep a safe and clean worksite through strict compliance with company safety policies and procedures
- Lead initial survey with customers to verify site specifications and create optimal equipment and logistics plan
- Assist in securing rental equipment contracts and establish a project scope, including budget
- Ensure on-time delivery of long-lead item components
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist field teams as needed
- Perform audit of on-site financials while ensuring budgets are met
- Lead complete site commissioning, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Upon project completion, conduct customer training and handover
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability through site follow-ups of completed projects
A Few Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of proven supervisory experience
- Demonstrated technical background in screening and crushing or relevant equipment necessary
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred
- Proven ability to lead and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Detail oriented with great organizational skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Microsoft Word) skills required
- Ability to travel throughout the region
