We are looking for an experienced technical leader to join a global Agriculture OEM to oversee the technical support of all dealers, as well as quality assurance and product line improvement. This role will manage a team of highly skilled service engineers and field service specialists.

The person will be brought on board to do the following:

  • Oversee teams of Service Engineers and Field Service Specialists
  • Properly support and train Service Engineers and Field Service Specialists
  • Troubleshoot and repair technical issues over the phone or through field visits, if necessary
  • Lead and organize technical surveys to ensure dealer standards are being met
  • Conduct extensive and detailed technical and market analysis 
  • Develop new tools, program and procedures 
  • Maintain and ensure dealers needs are being exceeded, and make adjustments where necessary
  • Create technical reports regarding product performance to deliver to upper level management 
  • Lead training programs

Qualifications:

  • Technical experience with AG Equipment necessary 
  • Leadership experience preferred 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Able to travel up to 10%
