A growing shortline manufacturer is looking for a Territory Sales Manager in Arizona to work with its niche product line. This person will develop new business relationships within the territory while maintaining and nurturing existing customers.

Your Mission:

  • Explore & establish fresh dealer and customer relationships
  • Maintain existing partnerships and relationships
  • Coach dealers on brand programs
  • Champion training and process improvement support for existing dealers
  • Collect and share customer feedback data with management
  • Track and share dealer KPI performance with management
  • Perform monthly and annual territory analysis
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and make recommendations & adjustments within your territory
  • Attend trade shows, trainings, and events

A Few Qualifications:

  • Required – At least 5 years of Sales or Business Development experience
  • Required – Experience with heavy machinery
  • Required – Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Required – Dealership and direct sales skills
  • Required – Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferred – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred – Salesforce experience
  • Up to 75% travel
