A growing shortline manufacturer is looking for a Territory Sales Manager in Arizona to work with its niche product line. This person will develop new business relationships within the territory while maintaining and nurturing existing customers.
Your Mission:
- Explore & establish fresh dealer and customer relationships
- Maintain existing partnerships and relationships
- Coach dealers on brand programs
- Champion training and process improvement support for existing dealers
- Collect and share customer feedback data with management
- Track and share dealer KPI performance with management
- Perform monthly and annual territory analysis
- Stay up to date with industry trends and make recommendations & adjustments within your territory
- Attend trade shows, trainings, and events
A Few Qualifications:
- Required – At least 5 years of Sales or Business Development experience
- Required – Experience with heavy machinery
- Required – Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Required – Dealership and direct sales skills
- Required – Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Preferred – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred – Salesforce experience
- Up to 75% travel
