A growing shortline manufacturer is looking for multiple Territory Sales Managers to live and work in some of the most desirable regions of the United States! This role will have you developing new business relationships within the territory while maintaining and nurturing existing customers.

We have available positions in these territories:

  • Southwest
  • Southeast

Your Mission:

  • Explore & establish fresh dealer and customer relationships
  • Maintain existing partnerships and relationships
  • Coach dealers on brand programs
  • Champion training and process improvement support for existing dealers
  • Collect and share customer feedback data with management
  • Track and share dealer KPI performance with management
  • Perform monthly and annual territory analysis
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and make recommendations & adjustments within your territory
  • Attend trade shows, trainings, and events

A Few Qualifications:

  • Required – At least 5 years of Sales or Business Development experience
  • Required – Experience with heavy machinery
  • Required – Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Required – Dealership and direct sales skills
  • Required – Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferred – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred – Salesforce experience
  • Up to 75% travel
