An agricultural equipment manufacturer is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to serve their established network of dealership partners. The ideal candidate would build upon existing & seek out new dealer relationships for multiple locations.


Your Mission

  • Work to establish strong relationships with personnel at all levels at your assigned dealerships
  • Advise dealers on opportunities for decreased cost, increased revenue, service programs, etc. to help build their businesses
  • Prospect for new dealer relationships to fill gaps in the territory
  • Coach underperforming dealers to bring about greater success
  • Encourage dealers to pre order by collecting accurate forecasting data
  • Guide dealers to sell to new, untapped markets within their region
  • Utilize analytics to showcase opportunities to dealers in their region & markets
  • Work with dealers to execute floor planning and equipment financing programs
  • Point dealers towards resources for marketing materials and marketing partners


A Few Qualifiers:

  • 5+ years of proven outside sales experience with an OEM
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Possess a pre-established network of contacts within the assigned territory
  • Project Management & Organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Travel up to 80%
