A global OEM is seeking an expert Warehouse Manager to oversee the day to day operations and continual improvement of their parts warehouse. Your Mission

  • Set up SOP’s for receiving, storing, and dispatching parts
  • Order replacement parts stock and place special orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate pricing records
  • Track warranties around defective inventory for credit
  • Keep stock control systems up to date and lead inventory accuracy processes
  • Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Organize the training of team members and monitor performance and progress
  • Motivate the team, and encourage teamwork to reach productivity targets
  • Operate within standard operating procedures (SOS/JES), maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards
  • Understand efficiencies in running a superior parts warehouse
  • Apply Root Cause/countermeasure mindset to ensure continuous improvement

A Few Qualifiers:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Warehouse Manager
  • 7+ years of experience in a consumer goods manufacturing field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • SAP experience preferred 
  • Microsoft Office knowledge required
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Project Management skills required
