Are you a hands-on problem solver with a rich background in product quality or warranty? Our client is looking for an analytical leader with a proven ability to successfully resolve product issues to be their next Warranty Analyst. You’ll play a key role in reducing machine downtime and increasing customer satisfaction by utilizing root cause analysis to dissect data and identify trends while processing claims in a timely & accurate manner.
Your Mission
- Accurately process and resolve warranty claims in a timely manner with customers and dealers
- Maintain customer satisfaction while still adhering to company warranty policies
- Provide OEM warranty support over the phone and via email for dealer network
- Carry a professional and positive tone when addressing warranty concerns with customers
- Utilize common accounting transactions as needed
- Regularly report and maintain accurate data, including electronic & hard copies, in warranty system
- Maintain strong internal product knowledge and be an expert on the competition
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Manage the claim submission and cost recovery goals
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A Few Qualifiers
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing or related field
- 3+ years relevant experience
- A root cause approach to analysis & problem solving
- Strong ability to build relationships while working cross functionally with leadership and stakeholders
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Expert knowledge of MS Office suite, experience with SAP preferred
