Your Mission: 

  • Resolve warranty claims with customers and dealers
  • Balance the needs and satisfaction of customers and dealers with the manufacturer’s profitability goals
  • Regularly report on and maintain accurate data in warranty systems
  • Establish cost recovery metrics and include progress toward targets on regular reports
  • Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage claim submission and cost recovery projects and KPIs
  • Responsible for remediation with vendors

Job Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2 years of management experience
  • Warranty data and IT systems content experience
  • Expert MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using SAP preferred
