You will lead efforts to refine operational processes, elevate productivity, and oversee supply chain and quality management to achieve world-class operational performance.
Your Mission:
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the company’s goals, enhancing efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with the executive leadership team to shape the company’s vision, identifying areas for improvement and innovation
- Oversee the entire supply chain, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management, ensuring cost-effective and seamless operations
- Cultivate strong relationships with key dealers and suppliers to drive sales and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Lead quality assurance initiatives to uphold product standards and improve customer experience
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging lean methodologies to drive efficiency and reduce waste
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering accountability and excellence across all departments
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Extensive experience as a senior executive in heavy equipment manufacturing or a related field
- Proven success in optimizing manufacturing processes and driving operational improvements within large organizations
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on building and motivating high-performing teams
