Our client, a global construction OEM, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiting Manager to join their team. Your success will be instrumental in shaping the future of the workforce, ensuring the company’s ability to attract, hire, and retain the best talent in the industry. In this seat, you’ll heavily influence all aspects of recruitment for North America while developing and executing strategies that align with a global vision and local market needs. Through the development of strong industry relationships, you’ll work to enhance the brand while being able to anticipate and meet staffing goals.
Your Mission:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the current and future needs of the business across North America
- Partner with senior management to understand business objectives and develop recruitment plans accordingly
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Utilize data and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and decisions
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position our company as an employer of choice in the construction industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and educational institutions, to support talent acquisition efforts
- Ensure compliance with local and federal employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Familiarity recruitment software
- Ability to travel within North America
