Our client, a global construction OEM, is seeking a skilled and versatile Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that strengthen and grow their presence across North America. This is a strategic and hands-on role designed for someone who can bring together brand positioning, market insights, and business goals to create meaningful impact. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and executing marketing plans that support regional growth. You will lead trade show strategy and execution, manage day-to-day communications and campaigns, and ensure that the company’s presence in the market is both consistent and compelling. This role requires a balance of creativity, organization, and results-driven thinking.

You will work closely with teams across sales, product, and global marketing to align efforts and maintain a unified brand voice. Success in this position will come from strong leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Your Mission:

  • Champion the company’s presence at industry trade shows from show selection, planning, concept development and convention management
  • Develop the company’s marketing communications strategy while staying on budget
  • Manage creation and execution of assorted print materials
  • Directly manage several marketing communications efforts, including social media marketing, content writing, etc. and provide direction to external marketing agencies where appropriate
  • Work closely with local leadership and global teams to align marketing material to target audiences
  • Develop plans, budgets & materials to support dealer/distributor marketing efforts
  • Champion company events with a guest list in the hundreds
  • Conduct market share analysis & market research projects
  • Stay up to date on product and brand strategy processes
  • Utilize strategic planning processes to ensure tactical execution
  • Maintain and manage merchandise on company webstore
  • Review and evaluate competitor’s marketing activities to maintain market awareness
  • Report on marketing KPIs and metrics

 A Few Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years marketing experience
  • Creatively driven with an analytical mindset
  • Proven leadership experience in a team setting
  • Proven experience managing several complex projects while meeting deadlines and staying within budget
  • Strong and effective communicator (written and verbal) with the ability to speak in front of large groups
  • Competent in ambiguous work environments and can work independently
