Here, we encountered Erica Baird, who currently serves as the Executive Director of Global Sales & Service at Cummins. Amidst the backdrop of the Cummins Museum, GMLC President Kristie Stern had the opportunity to engage in a meaningful conversation with Erica, reflecting on her illustrious manufacturing career.
Erica’s story began with a simple dream of working for the manufacturer in her hometown, which eventually propelled her to pursue an engineering degree. Today, she stands as one of the leading decision-makers for one of the world’s most recognizable brands.
Throughout her ascent up the corporate ladder, Erica has dedicated her life to a profound mission: improving the lives of those in her orbit, including the incredible feat of raising 18 foster children.
