Your Mission:
- Manage daily operations across finance, HR, and supply chain, enhancing efficiency and cost control
- Devise strategic market entry and long-term development plans for solar power stations and components, outlining clear product positioning, target demographics, and distribution channels
- Assemble and mentor a top-tier team, clarifying roles, fostering potential, and ensuring professional development
- Manage initial financial operations, including engaging with potential investors, conducting negotiations, and finalizing agreements
- Evaluate and select investment projects, focusing on maintaining financial stability and promoting long-term sustainability
- Continuously monitor market trends and adjust strategies to align with evolving market dynamics
- Lead the entire lifecycle of photovoltaic projects from inception through completion, including planning, feasibility studies, budgeting, and team building
- Guarantee project delivery within set timelines, budgets, and quality standards while effectively mitigating risks
- Oversee project progress and facilitate seamless collaboration across teams to promptly address challenges
- Establish and nurture beneficial relationships with key stakeholders in the solar energy supply chain, including suppliers, contractors, and distributors

- 10+ years of proven expertise in developing, investing in, and transferring distributed photovoltaic power stations
- 5+ years of demonstrated senior management experience
