Your Mission:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for your designated territory
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, addressing their needs and identifying growth opportunities
  • Travel regularly to customer locations and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction
  • Understand the competitive landscape to optimize sales potential and stay ahead of market trends
  • Organize and participate in industry trade shows to enhance brand visibility
  • Drive revenue by developing both new and existing accounts through effective communication and lead generation
  • Prepare accurate forecasts and reports for management, ensuring alignment with company goals

A Few Qualifiers:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in equipment sales, preferably in the rental and sales industry
  • Strong understanding of heavy equipment machinery and competitive industry knowledge
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to travel frequently (up to 80%) and work independently to meet goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in high-pressure environments
