Our client, a leading manufacturer of industrial equipment, is seeking a proactive and technically skilled leader to be their next Technical Support Representative. You’ll play a critical role in providing top-tier technical support while helping to enhance warranty processes, ensuring customers and dealers have the resources they need to succeed.
Your Mission:
- Collaborate with factories to streamline processes across the Americas
- Lead and participate in training programs
- Research the U.S. market while becoming an expert on the competition and company portfolio
- Provide technical support for North American market while identifying gaps and training opportunities for staff and dealers
- Build strong relationships with dealers through superior technical advice and support
- Deliver product training to help dealers expand market presence
- Communicate with dealers in a clear and professional manner
- Work closely with dealers in North America and teams across international locations
- Deliver hands-on technical support for machine repairs and breakdowns in the field
- Provide warranty support and approval processes
A Few Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical experience with industrial equipment, including knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to read schematics and diagnose issues quickly
- Willingness to travel domestically (10%) and internationally (5%)
