Our client, a global heavy equipment OEM, is searching for an inspiring marketing leader to take on the role of Director of Marketing. In this position, your expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and storytelling will empower you to guide a high-performing marketing team, elevate brand presence, and drive impactful campaigns. By fostering collaboration and leading with innovation, you’ll craft a marketing strategy that resonates with customers, strengthens dealer partnerships, and positions the company as an industry leader.
Your Mission:
- Shape and execute a forward-thinking market deployment plan that aligns with business goals and addresses customer needs
- Develop and lead strategic campaigns to elevate brand positioning, drive awareness, and generate leads for dealer networks through advertising, PR, trade shows, social media, and dealer activations
- Build cohesive product launch plans, energizing internal and external stakeholders while ensuring alignment
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Develop turnkey marketing solutions and dealer incentive programs that empower dealers to succeed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create standout sales enablement tools and innovative digital experiences
- Partner with the Commercial Training team to guide the development of sales training materials, ensuring effective communication of product value, features, and benefits
- Work with parts, service, and technology teams to align marketing strategies with cross-functional goals
- Maintain agility by efficiently utilizing resources and prioritizing impactful initiatives
- Partner with international teams to ensure consistency and innovation across global markets
- Oversee budgets, resource allocation, and reporting to maximize efficiency and return on investment
A Few Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or sales roles within the heavy equipment industry
- 5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to mentor and develop teams
- Expertise in developing strategic marketing plans and executing them tactically
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Exceptional presentation skills and a passion for storytelling
