Our client, a global industrial equipment OEM, is seeking a Parts & Service Sales Manager to expand their aftersales operations. In this role, you will drive service and parts sales by collaborating with service partners, providing technical and sales support, and identifying opportunities to grow the installed base. You’ll also play a key role in monitoring market trends, building customer relationships, and aligning aftersales strategies with business goals to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and sustained growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Set financial targets and create clear action plans to achieve current and future sales goals
- Address performance issues by identifying challenges and implementing solutions
- Evaluate and track the sales skills of dealers within your assigned region
- Establish clear expectations and provide ongoing support to dealers through regular coaching and communication
- Work with dealer teams to develop customized training programs
- Help create and deliver service sales training materials
- Gather and analyze market data to identify opportunities, assess competition, and stay informed about industry trends and risks
- Act as a point of contact to resolve issues between customers and dealers, ensuring smooth operations
- Align service and parts offerings with new equipment sales by working closely with the sales team
- Ensure service sales processes are current and followed consistently
- Keep sales and leadership teams informed about changes or opportunities that could impact sales performance or market conditions
- Participate in relevant service meetings, both online and in person, as needed
A Few Qualifiers:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in technical sales within the industrial equipment or heavy machinery industry
- Familiarity with managing indirect sales through a dealer network
- Strong negotiation skills and a proactive, commercial mindset
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools
