Our client, a leading heavy machinery manufacturer, is seeking a Parts Specialist who can take ownership of the parts process and deliver a best-in-class support experience. In this role, you’ll be the first line of response when equipment is down or customers need answers fast. With a strong command of mechanical systems, ERP tools, and customer service, you’ll ensure every order is handled with precision and urgency. Your work will keep machines running and job sites productive.

Your Mission:

  • Own the end-to-end spare parts process—quoting, ordering, fulfillment, and follow-up
  • Leverage diagrams and technical knowledge to identify and recommend the right components
  • Manage all transactions in SAP with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain clean, actionable data across ERP and CRM platforms
  • Act as the primary contact for parts-related inquiries and escalations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners to resolve complex issues and ensure timely delivery
  • Drive process improvements that enhance service speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to strategic projects around inventory, parts kits, and digital tools

A Few Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment parts, service, or technical support
  • Proven technical knowledge with a demonstrated ability to accurately identify parts and components based on technical specifications
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through in fast-paced environments
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Clear, confident communication and a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a drive to improve every process you touch
