Our client, a global manufacturer of specialty components, is seeking a Key Accounts Manager to lead initiatives with major OEM partners. This high-impact role will focus on strengthening customer relationships, uncovering new growth opportunities, and driving long-term value within key markets.
You’ll use your commercial acumen, technical understanding, and cross-functional leadership to expand business with priority accounts and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Your Mission:
- Cultivate trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across priority OEM accounts
- Develop and execute growth plans that align with customer needs and company objectives
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all commercial activities, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, quality, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Analyze account performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform future strategy
- Present recommendations to internal leadership and support go-to-market initiatives
- Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and customer summits
- Deliver ongoing reporting and forecasting for assigned accounts
- Prioritize opportunities, assess potential ROI, and drive projects from concept to execution
A Few Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing strategic accounts in the manufacturing or industrial sector
- Demonstrated success in consultative sales and long-cycle business development
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect technical insights with commercial outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, related field or equivalent experience
- CRM proficiency and Microsoft Office experience
- Able to travel up to 50% across North America and internationally
