Our client, a global OEM specializing in heavy equipment, is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across the Canadian concrete sector. In this role, you’ll work directly with producers, EPC firms, and engineering consultants to identify upcoming projects and provide customized equipment solutions that support concrete production.

Your technical understanding of concrete equipment will be essential as you navigate long sales cycles and influence project planning early. This position combines strategic relationship building with hands-on solution development and offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a core market.

Your Mission

  • Drive sales growth across Canada by developing relationships with concrete producers, engineering firms, and project managers
  • Identify project opportunities early and tailor equipment offerings to meet technical and operational requirements
  • Deliver product presentations and lead in-depth technical discussions with customers and partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams to build proposals aligned with customer timelines and budgets
  • Stay informed on regional project pipelines and industry trends to anticipate customer demand
  • Represent the company at Canadian trade shows, construction expos, and customer meetings
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and keep CRM systems current with activity, quotes, and follow-ups

A Few Qualifiers

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction, or Business, or equivalent experience in the concrete or heavy equipment sectors
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant equipment
  • Strong network in Canada’s construction materials and engineering communities
  • Effective communicator with a consultative sales style and technical credibility
  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders
  • 75% Travel required across Canada, with some international travel possible
