Our client, a respected leader in agricultural equipment distribution, is seeking a visionary and customer-centric executive to guide the strategic direction and operational execution of its aftersales business. As Regional Vice President of Aftersales for the Upper Midwest, you will be responsible for advancing all aspects of parts, service, training, and customer engagement, while fostering alignment across sales, operations, finance, and marketing.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will champion growth, profitability, and long-term customer loyalty by driving performance, energizing a high-caliber team, and instilling a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Your Mission:
- Create and execute an aftersales strategy that supports company growth, enhances customer loyalty, and elevates dealer performance
- Oversee parts and service operations including forecasting, cost control, and inventory management
- Direct day-to-day activities of a state-of-the-art distribution warehouse and expand service maintenance agreements
- Build and sustain a culture of accountability with clear expectations, KPIs, and regular performance reviews
- Strengthen dealer and customer relationships through proactive communication, feedback loops, and issue resolution
- Partner with engineering to address warranty claims, analyze field data, and eliminate recurring equipment issues
- Assess and implement training programs to build technical knowledge and customer engagement
- Collaborate across sales, precision technology, marketing, and finance to align aftersales initiatives with company-wide goals
- Identify new services, product offerings, and digital tools to drive innovation and long-term value
- Lead with an open, engaging style that motivates teams and sets high standards for performance
A Few Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in agricultural or construction equipment aftersales or related operations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results at the senior management level
- Strong understanding of financials, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategies that drive growth and profitability
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
