Our client, a global manufacturer of foundation and piling equipment, is seeking a Regional Sales & Rental Manager to drive growth across a multi-state territory in the Southeast US. You will lead equipment rentals and sales while building strong customer relationships in the construction, infrastructure, and marine industries. By combining your technical expertise with strong market insight, you will expand the company’s regional presence, deliver exceptional service, and strengthen partnerships.
Your Mission
- Drive sales and rental performance by proactively identifying, pursuing, and securing new opportunities
- Create proposals, rental packages, and pricing strategies that align with company objectives and customer needs
- Oversee accounts throughout the full project cycle, from pre-bid planning through execution and equipment return or resale
- Strengthen customer partnerships with regular site visits that assess equipment requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful outcomes
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, dealers, and project leaders across the territory
- Keep CRM systems current with accurate tracking of opportunities, interactions, and follow-up activities
- Stay ahead of competitor activity, market dynamics, and customer insights to help shape business strategy
- Partner with operations, service, and yard teams to guarantee equipment readiness, availability, and timely delivery
- Contribute to fleet planning efforts and coordinate with other regions to maximize equipment utilization
- Share insights with management on pricing, inventory, and product development to support continuous improvement
A Few Qualifiers
- 3+ years of experience in construction equipment sales, rentals, or related heavy equipment sectors
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant equipment
- Proven ability to manage a territory, grow business, and close complex deals
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and quoting platforms
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally as needed
