Your Mission:
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team while managing territory assignments, inventory planning, and performance targets
- Build a high-performing sales organization through effective recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives
- Analyze sales data to set goals, measure progress, and forecast revenue and profitability
- Act as a catalyst for improvement, driving consistency in achieving sales objectives
- Identify customer needs and emerging market opportunities to inform commercial strategy
- Address operational challenges and customer concerns with sound judgment and professionalism
- Partner with senior leadership and regional managers on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Track market activity and competitive trends to support accurate forecasting and positioning
- Strengthen relationships and continually enhance the customer experience
- Support the sales team in high-value deals and complex negotiations
- Cultivate new business while deepening long-term client partnerships
- Represent the organization at major industry events and trade association meetings
A Few Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in heavy equipment or related industries
- Proven record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing teams
- Strong commercial mindset with expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Thorough understanding of dealership sales and service operations
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or ERP systems
