Our client, a growing heavy equipment dealership, is seeking Parts Sales Representatives to grow parts revenue and deepen customer loyalty across an assigned territories. In this truck based, field focused role, you will serve as a trusted parts and solutions partner to equipment owners and fleet teams, coordinating closely with customers, technicians, and internal leadership to keep machines running and downtime low. This position is intentionally structured as a development path, beginning in territory parts sales and designed to fast track the right person into a full outside sales role within the specialty equipment segment through hands on training, mentorship, and clear performance milestones.

Your Mission
- Own parts sales growth within your territory by expanding key accounts and developing new customer relationships
- Act as the primary parts resource for customers by recommending the right components, options, and alternatives based on application and urgency
- Manage the full order lifecycle from initial inquiry through quoting, order entry, fulfillment coordination, and follow-up after delivery
- Set clear expectations with customers on availability, lead times, and substitutions while communicating updates proactively
- Partner closely with service, suppliers, and internal operations to ensure accurate sourcing and smooth fulfillment
- Anticipate needs by monitoring high-priority and fast-moving items and supporting replenishment decisions to protect customer uptime
- Resolve issues quickly by troubleshooting order discrepancies, returns, credits, and substitutions with a customer-first approach
- Support billing and payment questions by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams to keep accounts in good standing
- Represent the dealership professionally at trainings, supplier events, and industry gatherings while modeling safe work practices
A Few Qualifiers
- 3+ years of experience in territory parts sales, parts support, or heavy equipment parts operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence identifying parts based on equipment, symptoms, and customer descriptions
- Proven ability to manage a territory, prioritize workload, and consistently follow through from quote to completion
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of building long-term customer trust
- High attention to detail with comfort using order entry systems and managing multiple open orders at once
- Comfortable working across warehouse, counter, and customer site settings, including occasional lifting and physical handling of parts
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as business needs require
